Returns
Due to the fact that these are custom and handmade products you selected, no returns will be offered.

Cancellations/Modifications
Unless otherwise requested to proceed immediately with purchase a window of 24 hours to modify or cancel for a full refund minus $5 admin fee.

Shipping
$30 flat rate (up to 11lbs/4.99kg) via Canada Express Post. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 days. May vary depending on time of year or if the product is already made. Note: Vendor not responsible for delays due to any Postal Disputes.

Product will be packaged with care to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Should the product arrive in an unusable condition, please take photographs immediately and email them to me, including the date received.
