Why did you choose Cindy?
"I chose Cindy after seeing her artwork on display at a market in Medicine Hat. The first time I looked at her portfolio I had to walk away because the loss of my beloved companion was still very fresh but I took a business card home and told my husband about it. He accompanied me the next day and was able to see her work for himself and agreed that this was something we should do."
Portrait Process
Artist: "Did you find the portrait process: deposit, progress updates via email or uploaded to website , timing, final payment and delivery - easy, complicated or confusing and why?"
Client: "The process of commissioning her was easy and felt personal as Cindy invited us into her home to talk about the medium of the portrait, the size, the cost. She explained the deposit required and kept us up to date on the progress via emails with links to see how it was coming along."
Completion
Artist: "What was your initial reaction to seeing your completed portrait and did it meet your expectations in portrayal and value?"
Client: "Picking up the final finished portrait was emotional. Cindy captured our dog's essence and brought her to life once more. It is better than I could have imagined as it just seems so life-like. I can't wait to have it hanging in our home! "
