By making a purchase from my shop, you confirm that you have read and understood the item description, photo requirements to create portrait and that you are responsible for providing accurate address details for shipping.
Returns
Due to the fact that this is a custom and handmade product by your request or selection, no returns will be offered.
Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise requested to proceed immediately with purchase a window of 1 business day from request will be offered as option to cancel. A refund will be provided minus a 10% transaction/admin fee.
Shipping
The product will be carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if the item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to me, including the date you received it.
Prices are based on one pet per portrait. Adding an additional pet will receive 10% off portrait price, not total value of order. Portraits may not allow for second pet depending on style and size requested. Inquire with artist if doable.
Add $75 to all pet portrait prices for human portraits.
Other size portraits welcome, just inquire with size requirements for a separate quote. Note: larger sizes will result in larger shipping fees.
Purchases
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the item description for your paint kit or portrait, reviewed the photo requirements for custom portrait orders, and provided a correct shipping address. Payments are processed through SQUARE POS. Full payment required upon submission of order.
Bulk Ordering
When you spend over $150 you will receive $10 off order. For purchases exceeding $300 enjoy free shipping.
Returns
Due to the fact that these are custom and handmade products you selected, no returns will be offered.
Cancellations/Modifications
Unless otherwise requested to proceed immediately with purchase a window of 24 hours to modify or cancel for a full refund minus $5 admin fee.
Shipping
$30 flat rate (up to 11lbs/4.99kg) via Canada Express Post. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 days. May vary depending on time of year or if the product is already made. Note: Vendor not responsible for delays due to any Postal Disputes.
